Dr. Jodie Gateman – Former Board Member
Jodie is the founder and executive director of Green Learning Academy. She has been teaching for more than 15 years and holds a BA in History and Elementary Education as well as multiple teaching certificates. Jodie has worked closely with well known education specialists Don and Anne Green in the public sector as well as the private. She holds numerous certificates in developmental studies and writing programs.
Jodie has been a guest speaker at many educational conferences across North America. She strives to understand how children think and makes it her mission to ensure that every child has the opportunity to receive the best education possible. Jodie is the mother of 2 sons who attend Green Learning Academy and she along with her husband run a full working cattle ranch in their personal time.
